Claudio has been consulting within the hospitality sector for over 10 years, with a particular focus on restaurants and food-led brands. During this time, he has helped develop, position and grow several high-quality restaurant concepts, including brands that have achieved a Michelin star or a listing in the Michelin Guide.
A marketer by profession, Claudio specialises in strategy, brand development and commercial positioning. His wider experience across financial services, technology, sports and FMCG gives him a broad strategic perspective, allowing him to approach restaurant projects with both creativity and commercial discipline.
His role within the team is to support the strategic direction of the project, ensuring that the concept, brand, market positioning and business objectives are clearly aligned.
